Acidity Water Test
Part No: RXSOL-60-5515-004
Colourless crystals softening of hard water and effluent treatment by a number of textile process houses and industries
Disodium phosphate (DSP), or sodium hydrogen phosphate, or sodium phosphate dibasic. Colourless crystals, soluble in water. Non flammable.
Disodium Phosphate Uses: Water softners, Boiler water compounds, Detergent, Metal cleaner, Paint removers, Industrial cleaners.
Disodium hydrogen phosphate (DSHP) full range of Sodium Phosphate group supplier.
Disodium phosphate pure neutral grade also used in BOILER with other Boiler Water treatment chemicals concentrated alkaline liquid to prevent calcium scale deposits.
Application
Colourless crystals, soluble in water. Non flammable.
Disodium phosphate (DSP), or sodium hydrogen phosphate, or sodium phosphate dibasic. Colourless crystals, soluble in water. Non flammable.
Uses: Water softners, Boiler water compounds, Detergent, Metal cleaner, Paint removers, Industrial cleaners.
Disodium phosphate as a scale controller used in lowpressure boiler systems (0-32 bar) and medium-pressure steam propulsion vessels (32-60 bar) also in boiler water treatment program for highpressure steam generating systems (60-84 bar).
Dosage
1.5 grams of Disodium phosphate in 1000 Ltr of water results 1.0 ppm phosphate.
Actual dosage of phosphate can be control by dosage chart, provided by BOILER MANUFACTURER / Representative.
The use of Disodium phosphate treatment in BOILER converts calcium hardness into soft, non-adherent sludge that is easily removed by blowdown.
