Application

Complete removal of dirt, oil, carbonised grease, heavy oil , gum, vegetable oil, lube oil, soot, asphalt, carbon stains etc. Gives clear finish to the surface. Excellent for us as a wash for fuel, Oily greassy as a liquid steam jenny compound .
Specialized & Treated for the really tough daily cleaning problems faced in the proper Maintenance of Industrial and Institutional physical plants. Can be used as a stripper for all types of waxes and finishes and as a Degreaser where regular cleaners will not perform. May be brushed on , sprayed or used in a dip tank. Excellent for use as a wash for fuel tankers & as a liquid steam jenny compound.

Dosage

Depending upon contamination 2-25% with fresh water. It is an extremely versatile heavy duty cleaner suitable for use in soak tanks, high pressure washers, automated scrubbing machines and for manual use. PROEDURE OF USE:- 1st Method:- Mix 1 part of RXSOL-16-1005-005 with 2 -10 parts of water / GAS-OIL , For heavy oil,greasy surface use directly)Spray directly on the entire surface to be cleaned. This can be achieved by Hand spray / mechanical spray pump. Immediately after 2 -5 minute of spray the RXSOL-16-1005-005 starts its function. The Dirt, oil grease etc will loosen. 5 to 6 minutes after spraying start rinsing the system with water (High pressure recommended). Dirt and mud starts vanishing with cleaning media and water. 2nd Method:- Application in immersion process with or without ultrasonic support, manual wipping. 3rd Method:- RXSOL-16-1005-005 is also used in conjunction with alkaline degreasing bath at 3-5% (v/v) concentration for better and quick degreasing action. Eithers the bath is heated to be 70c or the solution can be stirred or air agitated.

Its higher concentration formula resulting Heavy duty degreasing action and itsdiluted solution also acts as grime remover, Degreaser GRIME OFF classified as concentrated degreaser. And Concentrated Degreaser Grime can be dilutes with 1 part degreaser grime product with 6-9 parts water. And most important things after Rinses with clean water doesn't result any white residue on surface.

Inhalation	Supply fresh air on irritation medical attention require & show this MSDS to physician.
Skin Contact	In case of contact with skin , wash immediately with plenty of water and soap Remove contaminated clothes. On extra irritation use ointement on Doctor advice.
Eye Contact	Flush with running water on open eyelids for at least 15 minutes, Immediately medical attention require.
Ingestion	Seek medical attention , don’t try to drink more water / milk because too much water increase the danger of vomiting . ( on vomiting always keep head low to prevent inhalation of airways )

Suitable	Water , fog or mist, alcohol-resistant foam, on small fires dry chemical, carbon dioxide (CO2) also can used.
Not Suitable	Alcohol foam / and high pressure of water jet may cause splitting of excess materials.

Storage Ensure Adequate Ventilation

Condition to Avoid	Flammable but product is stable under normal condition , take precaution as industrial chemical .
Materials to Avoid	Do not subject directly to ALKALINE / Acidic medium.
Handling	Keep Container Tightly Closed in the original container and keep away from open flames / ignition sources.

The product causes corrosion on skin and mucous membranes GENERALLY Pl. Note that In case of discharge of acidic or alkaline products into the sewerage system the pH must be in the range of 6-10 since higher or lower pH values may damage the sewerage system or impair biological dosage treatment plants. So that for maintaining pH we have to add acidic / basic medium neutaliser . For example if pH is less than 6 basic neutraliser is required and if pH is more than 10 aci- dic nature neutraliser is required. For details of any guideline pl.
