LIQUID COOLING WATER CORROSION & SCALE INHIBITOR
RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  corrosion inhibitor is specialized for OPEN COOLING SYSTEM while ROCCOR NB Liquid is specialized for closed cooling system. RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  is free from metal content like chromates, zinc or other metals.  

Product Application:

RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  scientifically formulated to keep clean open recirculating systems  and also prevent from scale formation . Chemically RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  will disperse scale and corrosive products, silt etc and can be used as an anti-foulant along with other treatments.


Easy to fed RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  directly from the drum or from a stock dilution tank.  The slug feed method can also be used. 
Product Dose:

RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  is highly concentrated cooling water treatment product, Its small dosage from 0.5 – 1 liter per 10 Tons of Cooling Water. The source of water also directly affecting its dosage as  The dosage depends on the quality of the supply water ( Total hardness and Chloride content as low as possible) .  Control is by simple colourismetric test. 

Optimum result of COOLING SYSTEM can be obtained by maintaing pH level 8 to 8.5 and Total phosphate level should be maintained between 20 and 30 ppm.

RXSOL ROCCORrx OC  is a combined dispersant and anti-foulant and corrosion inhibitor which is specially formulated for the prevention of scale, deposits and corrosion in open fresh water, cooling systems. 
 
It is formulated from Polyphosphates, organophosphates and Polyacrylates.
