Pour Point Dispersant Polymethacrylate Base

For blended into lubricating base stocks imparts pour point depression extending the lubricants effective application temperature range. This pour point depressant is the most versatile product usable in all lubricants.

The recommended concentration for RXSOL Pour Point Dispersant is generally between 0.02 and 0.5% wt. with the exact dosage being determined by actual tests in the finished oil. Please contact your RX Chemical representative for specific recommendations.The treatment level would normally be expected to be in the region of 0.1 to 0.3%, though 0.5 to 1.0% can be required for some gear applications.

The product causes irritation of mouth and upper digestive tract
Irritation to skin.Irritating to eye May cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment

Isolate spill area. Wear appropriate personal protection. Recover free product for recycle and/or disposal. Ensure adequate ventilation. Adsorb with liquid binding material such as sand,diatomite, saw dust. Prevent entry into sewers and waterways.

HANDLING:
Keep away from ignition sources. Ensure good ventilation a work place. Keep containers closed.

STORAGE:
Keep containers in well ventilated area and closed and sealed until ready to be used. Store away
from sources of ignition.

 EXPOSURE CONTROL:
The product does not contain any ingredients that need monitoring at work place.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPEMENT:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear adequate gloves and safety glasses. Wear impermeable safety foot ware. In case of brief exposure use respiratory filter device.

THERMAL DECOMPOSITION: Decomposition may occur if prolonged exposure at temperatures above 200 C.
